No Fine Print.
Just a Better Model.

AutoTrust is a dealer-owned cooperative that gives dealers the economics of a large public group, without giving up independence or control.

Economics Dealers Deserve

The traditional vendor model is structured to capture dealer profit.
AutoTrust is built to return it.

Your Business, Your Voice.

Dealer-owned is not a slogan. AutoTrust's governance structure ensures every member has a real voice in how the alliance operates and where it goes.

Dealer-led committees

AutoTrust will elect a dealer as Chairman in the second half of 2026 and establish multiple dealer advisory committees. Member dealers shape the direction of the alliance's programs, partnerships, and growth.

Annual member meeting

All members are invited to the annual meeting to review the business, share ideas, raise concerns, and plan for the year ahead. Decisions about the alliance are made with member input.

Complete financial transparency

Every member receives detailed financial statements tailored to their dealership, including quarterly distribution calculations and equity accrual reporting. What AutoTrust earns and what you earn are both visible and documented.

After 40 years in this industry, I knew the only way to fix the math was to put dealers on the right side of it.

Common Questions Before You Join.

The questions dealers ask most before taking the next step.

Do I have to use all of AutoTrust's products and services?

No. Dealers choose which programs to participate in. The only requirement for the F&I program is directing a minimum of 50% of vehicle protection product sales through the AutoTrust F&I product suite. For the lender program, dealers target a minimum of 15% of retail contracts through the preferred lender network. Group purchasing participation is entirely optional.

What if I want to leave the alliance?

If a member ends their association, they receive their proportionate share of profit distributions accrued through the effective date of departure, paid in accordance with the quarterly distribution schedule. Specific terms are outlined in the membership agreement.

How are quarterly distributions calculated?

Preferred Lender Program and General Purchasing Program distributions: dealers earn 80% of incremental lender incentives, calculated quarterly. F&I distributions: dealers earn 60% of incremental F&I revenue generated, calculated quarterly. All are documented in detailed financial statements delivered to each member.

What does it actually cost to join?

The equity membership fee is $100. There is a one-time installation fee of $20,000 per dealership group, not per store. Dealers can pay this upfront or through program earnings.
